The determination of lipase provides useful information for the diagnosis and treatment of pancreas pathologies such as acute pancreatitis and pancreatic duct obstruction.

The kit is composed by two liquid reagents, both stable until the expiration date specified in the box.
Calibrador A plus –provided separately (code 1918005) - is used as calibrator.


Reaction scheme




The calculation is made by multiplying the difference of Absorbance by a factor obtained through the calibrator. The result is expressed in U/L.
The reaction is lineal up to 300 U/L.
